Eat Slowly : One of the main reasons people struggle to loss weight is that they rush their meals and end up consuming more calories than they need .
If you eat slowly,you'll enjoy your food more and you'll also start eat just enough to satisfy your hunger.Which results in your consuming less calories and losing more weight.



Control Your Portion Sizes : No Matter what you eat ,falling to pay attention to the amount of food of your plate can cause you to consume more calories than you intend  and gain weight.

Don't Rely on the scales. : Many people get hung up on their total bodyweight and ignore their body fat percentage.
However,muscle is much denser than fat so even if you total body weight is not going down you could still be getting slimmer.So stop using number on scales as your main indicator and start focussing on your body shape and body fat percentage.
